Emotion Regulation Among Indian Youth With Hearing Impairment

Gayatri initially picked up American Sign Language (ASL) for fun, but as she interacted more with the hearing-impaired community in India, she became deeply curious about how they navigate emotions and mental well-being. This led her to conduct a research study and survey examining the emotional coping mechanisms used by hearing-impaired individuals in India, exploring their psychological resilience, support systems, and adaptive strategies in facing daily challenges.
